Timeline
Depending on the software, and if you are new to joining that software, your payers will need to be set up with the software which generally takes 6-12 weeks. We can start billing once the payers are set up and you notify us.
Software Access
Above and Beyond needs to have admin login so we are able to create users in your account. To create users we will need your organization code and password to login.

Above and Beyond needs to be added to your practice

Collections Process:
Along with billing and access to your software’s, we will need to gain access to your insurance portals to ensure proper collections and retrieve or send documents to and from insurance in compliance with HIPPA. Please click below on ‘Portal Instructions’ to find the necessary information to help Above and Beyond gain access to your portals as this should be set up right away.
